One of the three charities that MOFS has decided to support is the Alder Hey Children’s Charity.
Whilst it goes without saying that the hospital which is supported by the charity does tremendous work with some extremely sick young people and provides support to their families; the project to embark upon building a new hospital to replace the existing facilities is a daunting task.
The new hospital itself looks fantastic and I was pleased to meet with Madeleine Fletcher and Rachel Donohoe recently so that MOFS can better understand the challenges they face in terms of fundraising relative to the development of the new facilities. I was also privileged to see some of the plans for the new hospital, the video of which can be viewed by clicking here
MOFS certainly believe that Alder Hey is a cause that we are keen to support and you can find more information about the charity by clicking here
One of the next major fundraising events that the charity will undertake is the “Clothes Throw”, which will take place on 7th November at the Racquets Club in Liverpool. If you are able to support the event, you can find out more details by clicking here
