It is with great pleasure that MOFS can announce that Carole Smith will join our Claims Team on a permanent basis with effect from 1st July 2013.

Carole is currently working with the Company on a temporary basis whilst Danielle Leigh and Joanne Ryan are both on maternity leave.

Carole has many years experience in the field of claims, having worked for Crawfords Loss Adjustors for                                                                                over 13 years.

The industry very often underestimates the requirement for investment in claims, due to the industry’s insatiable desire to sell policies, but we at MOFS believe that claims service is the measure against which we will ultimately be judged by our clients. We believe that Carole will be a valued addition to our existing team.
