As a chartered firm of insurance brokers, we are always keen to be able to invest in our colleagues in terms of their own professional development, and the past 12 months have been no exception.

Kimberley Jones joined the company in the last year and whilst she had previously completed part of her Cert CII qualification, I am pleased to report that she has now successfully completed her qualification.

Our accounts team have also enjoyed examination success with Richard Hughes and Jennifer Armson successfully completing their level 4 and level 3 AAT examinations respectively. The passes were achieved with exceptionally high marks, which is a testament to the work that each of them put in throughout the year.

We would like to congratulate all colleagues on achieving these milestones with their professional development.

As a company, we are also pleased to be able to recognise the development of colleagues through promotion. In our general broking team, Gerard Munro has been promoted to Senior Account Executive and in our legal indemnity team, Anthony Milito has been promoted to Senior Account Executive (Legal Indemnity) and Julie Thurston to Senior Operations Supervisor (Legal Indemnity).

Again, we would like to congratulate each of our colleagues for their dedication and hard work within the business, which has resulted in these promotions.
